  1. Hi Can I know the name and contact number of the person who did your exposed aggregate driveway ?
Your exposed aggregate driveway looks very good. My house is also built by Carlisle Homes and at the moment I am searching for some good concreter for my exposed aggregate driveway. My house is in Cranbourne.

    1. Hi there, i use PERI Construction for the concrete. However they are based on Tarneit. Not sure whether they will do Cranbourne but try to give them a call. You can get their details at www.periconstruction.com.au

  2. Sweetness, you have a great eye for colour! That aggregrate and concrete look fabulous! :D

Would you mind me asking how much it cost? I've been stressing somewhat over the fact that I have no idea how much it'll cost get driveway and path around the house done.

Also, how wide is your concrete path around the house?

    1. Hi

Concrete path is 900mm so that will leave 300mm on each side for garden beds :)

We love the aggragate color too! So glad we choose this one. For our aggragate it cost $100/sqm and the colored cost $60/sqm depending on how big you want you driveway to be.

You also need to consider fencing (mine cost $72/m2) and also landscaping.

We also plan to do decking on the porch and alfresco. We have been quoted 1.5k just for the porch which is very expensive for us at the moment ($250/sqm).

We think merbau deck will be the best for the house, but looking at the price we might have to do something else :(

    2. Hi Can I suggest to you to call Belic Landscape for your decking need ? I already used them and their work and price is very good. I done my 12.3 sqm merbau decking for $2000 in cash.

  4. I like the thought at the beginning that there are only two types of concrete – that which is cracked already and that which has the potential to crack. This gave me a great idea of what I can do to hopefully fix my concrete issues and prevent more – thanks for sharing!

  5. has been removed and bricked up as the will divide the new study from the lounge. The old kitchen window has been removed and this wall will be taken down leaving behind just a pillar to make a larger kitchen area.
